Privacy Policy

Long story short:  We collect your information to keep you updated about Jardineira. We never sell your personal information, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Jardineira LLC ("Jardineira," "we," "us") operates jardineira.co. Jardineira is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect:

• your email address

• your interest in growing at home or bringing Jardineira to your workplace

• your company name and role, if you choose to share them

Our website runs on Wix, which also collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, device type, browser and activity on our site.

How we use it

We use your information to share news about our launch, programs, kits, products and events; to respond when you ask about programs for your workplace; to send you what's relevant to you; and to keep our website running and secure.

Sharing and protecting your information

We share your information only with service providers that help us run Jardineira, and only so they can do that work for us. Today that means Wix and its service providers, which host our website, store sign-ups and send our emails. You can read Wix's privacy policy. If we move our list to another provider, such as the platform that runs our online store, the same protections apply.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to the new owner if Jardineira is ever sold or merged, under this same policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no online system is completely secure.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, email us at grow@jardineira.co and we'll take care of it.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email address so we don't email you again.

Cookies and tracking

Wix uses cookies to run our website, keep it secure and measure how it's used. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well.

We don't currently use advertising trackers, and other than Wix running our website, we don't allow other companies to collect information about your activity over time and across other websites through our site. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our website does not currently respond to it.

Children's privacy

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as Jardineira grows. We'll post any changes here with a new effective date, and if a change is significant, we'll also email our subscribers.
